Big prize winners are extended the option to go and collect their prizes personally. As specified in the Terms of Service, Lottery tickets are owned by the player, not by theLotter; theLotter serves as a messenger on your behalf, and has no legal claim to your tickets. In the unlikely event of a dispute, aside from the Terms of Service (which are a legal and binding document) we also provide you with ample proof of ownership:
Firstly, when you buy a lottery ticket on our site you immediately receive proof of purchase in the form of a confirmation email. Secondly, each transaction is permanently stored in your account, where it can be viewed and printed at any time. Finally, a scanned copy of your ticket is available in the My Account section, proving that the actual ticket was indeed purchased on your behalf. The scan displays the number selection and relevant draw information, as well as a serial code unique to each ticket. These items (legal agreement, proof of purchase, and the image of the actual ticket) firmly establish that the ticket legally belongs to you.

Does theLotter take commission on winnings?
No, theLotter does not take commissions on winnings of any amount. The price you pay for participation on the site is final. The price of every form is clearly displayed above the Play button before completing your purchase.
Secondary winnings are transferred directly to your account within 24 hours of the publication of official lottery results. If you choose to transfer your winnings to your bank account, a bank transfer fee may be required.
