This technology is provided by European Lotto and Betting Limited (ELBL), a company officially licensed and regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority. The winning numbers in each lottery-style draw are drawn by this certified and tested random number generator, based on the specific game rules of each Quick Draw game.

theLotter operates Quick Draws on an insurance-based business model, which ensures that all prizes will be paid to winners. Smaller wins are paid out directly from revenues received from sales. Larger prizes are guaranteed and covered by theLotter's insurance.

When you win, prizes will be paid directly into your account by theLotter. You can use your winnings for future participation in lottery draws, or you can choose to withdraw them.
