  • A lucky Dane ended the week breaking all EuroJackpot lottery records! The lottery's jackpot cap of €120 million was won for the first time by a single ticket sold in west Jutland, Denmark on 22 July 2022! The winner, who has decided to remain anonymous, told Dansk Spil that they hadn’t bothered checking the winning numbers and only fished out the crumpled winning ticket from a drawer on Sunday, two days after the results were announced, “I was completely surprised and shaking all over my body. But it feels like a fairytale to be so lucky and to be able to secure my family’s future for several generations”. This win is significant for Danish lottery fans, as it’s the biggest jackpot ever won in Denmark and the first time the EuroJackpot jackpot has been matched.

  • After 13 rollovers, a record €110 million jackpot was won in the 20 May 2022 draw. A single ticket purchased in the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia won the entire top prize with the winning numbers 4, 22, 28, 32, and 47, as well as the two Euro numbers 1 and 2.
