Gosloto 6/45 is the most popular lottery in the Gosloto family which offers several subdivision lotteries. As opposed to other government-run lotteries,

Gosloto 6/45 History
Gosloto was founded in 2003, according to lottery law agreements signed by Vladimir Putin. The Gosloto series held its first draw on 10th
September 2005. The Gosloto 6/45’s first draw was in October 2008.
The Gosloto is operated by Orglot Ltd. and supported by the Russian government. Lottery draws are furnished by the Gosloto’s partner, Intralot, a Greek
company which supplies lottery drawing equipment. 15% of all Gosloto ticket sales are directed towards sport related initiatives in Russia.
Gosloto 6/45 Rules
Players must correctly match six numbers from a guess range of 1-45 in order to win the jackpot. The lottery offers five prize categories which can be won
by correctly guessing between two and six numbers.
When choosing to play the Gosloto 6/45 on theLotter, players can choose one of three ways to select numbers:
Natural Selection, in which the six numbers are selected by the player; Quick Pick, in which an automated system randomly selects the player’s numbers; or through My Numbers, theLotter player’s pre-selected numbers saved on the site.
In addition, players can choose to play using a systematic form of 8, 9, 10 or 11 numbers which produces all possible combinations of the selected numbers
and increases the chances of winning a prize.

Gosloto 6/45 draws take place five times a day, every day of the week. Players purchasing tickets at theLotter participate in the fourth of the daily draws, taking place at 8:30 pm Moscow time.

The minimum jackpot for the Gosloto 6/45 is RUB (Russian Ruble) 10 million (around $150,000). The odds of winning the jackpot are 1 in 8,145,060 for
correctly matching all six required numbers. If the jackpot rolls over, the prize can continue to climb as there is no jackpot cap!
Throughout its short history, Gosloto 6/45 has already successfully created millionaires around the country. The highest prize was a record jackpot worth RUB 203 million (almost $3.1 million), whilst the second top prize in the history of this amazing Russian lottery was shared between two players, each receiving half of the RUB 135 million (around US $2.1 million) jackpot. The second highest single-winner jackpot went to Albert Begrakyan in April of 2009 when he took home RUB 100 million (US $1.5 million).
The Gosloto 6/45 prizes are subject to a 13% tax and distributed in a single lump sum payment. Players can check results online and must claim prizes
within 180 days of the draw date. Please note that Gosloto 6/45 prizes can take up to eight weeks to be paid out by the Gosloto lottery operator.
