What is a subscription to a lottery?

A

With a subscription you will play every consecutive draw of your favourite lottery or category until you cancel it. When you play with a subscription, you receive a minimum of every 10th lottery ticket FREE and 25 VIP points on the spot; you will be able to change your numbers at any time; and you will pay for your participation in the draws as you go! You can pause/reactivate your Subscription by selecting Active/Not Active from the drop down menu in the Status row at Subscriptions at any time.

How do I subscribe?

To subscribe to a lottery online, select the lottery of your choice and choose to subscribe by checking the subscribe option beneath the numbers field.

How do I change my subscription numbers?

A

To change your subscription’s numbers, please go to the Play form of the specific lottery in question, select your new favourite numbers, and click the floppy disk icon on the right side of the My Lucky Numbers button to save them.

Make sure you're using Lucky Numbers for your subscription by following these steps: Go to My Account, click on Subscriptions, go to the subscription you wish to use Lucky Numbers for, and make sure that "From Lucky Numbers" is selected in the dropdown box. Click the Save button underneath if you made any changes.

Please note: Subscription tickets are purchased as soon as a draw opens, therefore any changes to your numbers will only take effect the next draw.

What happens to my numbers when I subscribe to a lottery category?

A

When you subscribe to a lottery category, your subscription will enter different lotteries according to the top draw in theBig or theSmart list at the time. If you have saved Lucky Numbers for a specific lottery, and that lottery is listed at the top of theBig or theSmart list, those saved numbers will be automatically entered into each draw. If you do not have saved numbers, the system will select numbers for you randomly, or complete your manual number selection to fit the rules of the game.

You can update your Lucky Numbers selection at any time by going to the Play form of the specific lottery, selecting your favourite numbers, and clicking on the floppy disk icon located on the right side of the My Lucky Numbers button. When you next play that specific lottery as part of your theBig or theSmart subscription, those Lucky Numbers will be used.

To enable the use of Lucky Numbers for your theBig or theSmart subscription, go to My Account, click on Subscriptions, and go to the subscription where you want to use your Lucky Numbers. In the dropdown box under the section "Selected Numbers" change to "From Lucky Numbers". Then click the Save button underneath.

How do I play a subscription when paying with WebMoney or Skrill?

A

When paying with WebMoney or Skrill, please make sure that you have deposited sufficient funds in your account on the site in order to cover the cost of your desired participation. If you do not have sufficient funds, your ticket will not enter the draw.

How do I pause/reactivate my subscription?

A

You can pause/cancel your subscription at any time by going to Subscriptions in your account, clicking on the active subscription, and submitting your cancellation request in the Subscription Settings. Our customer support team will swiftly process your cancellation of the subscription.

You can reactivate your subscription at any time by going to Subscriptions, clicking on the inactive subscription, and clicking on the 'reactivate' button. When you reactivate your subscription, you will receive 25 VIP points!

How do I update a subscription price limit if I’ve already made my purchase?

A

Sign in to your account and select ‘Subscriptions’ in My Account. Select the subscription whose limit you want to edit by clicking on the relevant row. Please note: you can only limit an active subscription. In the ‘Subscription Settings’ field, change your subscription price limit using the ‘Price Limit’ dropdown menu. Click ‘Save’ to confirm that your subscription preferences have been successfully updated.
