Where can I find my CVV number?

A

The MasterCard, Visa, and Diners CVV numbers appears on the back of your credit card next to your signature. The CVV consists of three to four digits. To update or correct your CVV number, please go to Payment Details and save the changes.

Why is the price of the ticket non-refundable?

A

When you confirm your purchase online, an order form is sent to one of theLotter local offices. Local representatives purchase and scan tickets continuously throughout the day in order to provide customers with first-rate service around the clock.  As a result, we are unable to cancel an order which has been forwarded to the local offices for purchase.

What payment methods are offered on the site?

What currencies does theLotter accept?

A

theLotter supports: Euro, US Dollar, Great British Pound, AU Dollar and Ruble. Your international or domestic payment method will be charged in one of the supported currencies.

Why is my payment method refused?

A

If you are unable to use your selected payment method on our site, please follow the instructions in the error message you received.  For further assistance, please contact customer support.

How do I use my bonus money?

A

Bonus money can be used towards participation on the site and cannot be withdrawn from your account. When you confirm your purchase, the system will automatically deduct the cost of participation from your bonus balance, your real money balance, and when these are insufficient your default payment method will be charged.  You can view your bonus balance in the account summary in Transactions. Bonus money deposited to customers’ accounts will be valid for the period of six (6) months from the date of deposit.  At the end of this period, the bonus money will be removed from the customer’s account with prior email notification.

In order to select a payment method as your default, please  edit the relevant payment details in Payment Details.

How do I make a deposit with WebMoney?

A

Many people use WebMoney as a convenient and secure online payment method. WebMoney can be used to deposit funds into your theLotter account as follows:

  1. Log in to your theLotter account,
  2. Click on the orange DEPOSIT button at the top of the Homepage,
  3. The Select Payment Method window will appear - select WebMoney from the eWallet choices, click Next
  4. To Complete Payment Details you will be asked to select the currency you would like to use (either US Dollars or Euros). Once you have selected your currency, click Submit,
  5. On the Deposit Funds page, under Payment Method, select WebMoney, and choose the Amount you wish to deposit. Then click Deposit,
  6. On the Review page, check the details and click Confirm,
  7. You will now be using a WebMoney interface on theLotter. Select the type of WebMoney purse you wish to use (e.g. WebMoney Keeper Mini), and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your deposit.

Which countries are able to use WebMoney?

WebMoney can be used to deposit into your account and buy lottery tickets online from the following countries:

A

All transactions and payments made by theLotter will appear on your payment method statement under the name The Lotter, Aikmina Services Ltd., LARIOM 442031500476, LARIOM SEOUL, or LARIOM SOUTH KOREA.

What are the SWIFT code and IBAN ?

A

A SWIFT code is a standard format of Bank Identifier Codes. It is the unique identification code of a particular bank composed of 8-11 numbers and/or letters. The International Bank Account Number (IBAN) is an international standard for identifying bank accounts across national borders. IBAN is used in Europe, Mauritius, Saudi Arabia, and Tunisia in addition to the SWIFT code.

Why was I transferred to a local site to confirm my purchase?

Some lotteries may require you to complete the ticket purchase within a local site. We have several local sites which are connected to theLotter.com. All local sites are operated by theLotter and are secure and safe to use.

You can return to theLotter.com when you complete your purchase or by navigating to your preferred site in the “Home” menu.
