The winner of a lump cash sum of £127,298 playing UK National Lottery in summer bought their lotto ticket in Chichester, it has been revealed.

One lucky man or woman matched five numbers and the bonus ball in the draw that took place on July 30th, according to the Chichester Observer.

However, nothing has been heard of the fortunate lottery fan since the numbers were called.

A spokesman for the National Lottery claimed he and his colleagues are hoping the winner will make his or herself known before the deadline to claim the prize on January 26th.

“We’re desperate to find this missing ticket-holder and unite them with their winnings – before their chance of claiming their win is blown sky high,” he stated, adding that the champagne is already on ice in anticipation.
