EuroMillions winner to make train station his dream home – October 3rd 2011

  by: admin - Category:

A EuroMillions winner has said he is going to make a disused train station into the home of his dreams.

According to the Daily Mirror, 38-year-old railway worker Mark Benbow had promised his wife that he would transform the dilapidated building in Merthyr Tydfil in Wales into a five-bedroom house for their family.

The father-of-four said he will be using his €1.1 million in lottery winnings to pay for the renovation, with the finished design including a darts room for Mr Benbow and his buddies.

“It needs a lot of work but I’ve made a good start and we should be able to move in next year,” he stated, adding: “It has been our dream to have a house just like this – one with plenty of space for children.”

The next EuroMillions draw will be tomorrow (October 4th), with the jackpot estimated to reach the €100 million mark – which is a life-changing sum for any lotto fan.
