Two EuroMillions jackpots claimed in a row – September 19th 2011

After months of rollovers, one lucky French lotto fan scooped the coveted second-largest EuroMillions jackpot last Tuesday (September 13th), taking home €162.2 million.

And last Friday (September 16th) the refreshed prize of €15 million was apparently claimed by a very fortunate lottery player from neighbouring European country Belgium – so does this mean the EuroMillions trend for rollover top prizes has been broken for the time being?

If so, then there’s no time like the present to get in the game and play EuroMillions with a chance to grab that €15 million jackpot – because the pattern for first tier payouts could end in rollovers again any day now.

The lucky Belgian picked all of the balls drawn in Friday’s game correctly. They were 2, 8, 17, 39, 42 with the Lucky Stars 3 and 10.

And EuroMillions fans who bought a ticket for the August 5th draw may want to have a look for the slip, as the Barnet & Potters Bar Times reported recently that somebody who entered that draw in the area has yet to claim a life-changing €680,000 prize – which will need to be claimed within 180 days of the draw before it goes to charitable causes.
