Somebody in the Maryland town of Edgewater is now a quarter of a million dollars richer thanks to striking lucky playing USA Mega Millions this week.

According to ABC News, the jammy lotto fan won the runner-up prize of $250,000 for choosing all the right numbers but missing out on the Mega Ball when the balls were drawn on Tuesday (August 3rd).

Maryland appears to be one lucky state, with this being the 13th lottery winner this year.

Tuesday’s numbers were 14, 17, 19, 20 and 32 with a Mega Ball of 28 and anybody who thinks their ticket is the winning one should sign it, just in case it falls into the wrong hands.
