Lotto winner plans to pay off mortgage – June 14th 2011

  by: admin - Category:

A retired supply manager who left his job in 2005 has won $200,000 on the USA Powerball June 8th draw and now intends to pay off his mortgage.

James Moulder of Chattanooga in Tennessee claimed his massive prize after matching the first five winning digits in the game.

The balls that dropped were 14, 37, 44, 45 and 53, with the Powerball of 29.

Discussing the moment he discovered he was a winner, Moulder told Georgia Lottery officials he had to turn his computer off and back on again to make sure his eyes weren’t deceiving him.

Since its inception, the Georgia Lottery has sunk over $12.5 billion back into the state, boosting its education programme and providing support to schemes such as the HOPE Scholarship.

To be a Powerball winner, all you have to do is pick five numbers from 1 to 59 and a Powerball digit from 1 to 39.

See if you’re the next Powerball winner at theLotter today.
