Martha Brown, a resident of the Cobb County, won $150,000 in Powerball lottery in 1996. Surprisingly, she has won the lottery again and took home a $250,000 jackpot playing Mega Millions.

The 66-year-old lucky lottery winner plans to buy a new house big enough to contain all her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Furthermore, she plays lottery on a regular basis and has no intention to stop anytime soon.
