Who is the Hoosier Lotto?

The Hoosier Lottery is run by the state of Indiana. It is the only lottery in the United States that uses the state’s nickname, rather than the state name itself, as its name. It is a member of the Multi-State Lottery Association (MUSL)

As it happens this is one of the few USA state lotteries I’ve NOT played. Which I think is why i’ve been tasked with writing about it (never can I be accused of favoring one over another)  The Hoosier lotto includes a range of games including; Hoosier Lotto, Powerball, Lucky 5, and a huge selection of scratch card games.
