Lets cut through the confusion of what is the ”Euro Millions Lottery” In essence this game is a cross-Europe lottery launched by Camelot (who run many of the European and US lotteries) in 2004. The first draw took place on Friday February 13, 2004 in Paris.

At the first draw, the UK, France and Spain were included in the game. In time additional lotteries from six European countries signed up to the Euro Millions system.

The Euromillions Lottery, or the Euro Lottery as it is sometimes known, takes place every Friday and pools the stakes of these nine participating European countries offering huge euro lotto jackpots. The countries currently involved in the Euromillions Lotto are:
